Preparation and Usage/Cooking Instructions (if any): Put the rice cake (Tteok) and seasoning powder in the pan and add 200ml of water. When the water starts to boil, let it boil over high heat for 3 minutes. Then cook on medium heat for 3 more minutes. During this, keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan. When the sauce has a sticky feeling, turn off the fire and server.
